Hilton Hua Hin Resort & Spa has appointed Carey Osborne as the new general manager. Osborne arrives in Thailand with 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry internationally, with her last position being the opening general manager of Hilton Garden Inn Singapore Serangoon after leaving Hilton Darwin also as general manager.
