With only three UK restaurants on the list at Monday night’s World’s 50 Best Restaurants awards, BigHospitality spoke with Noma’s René Redzepi, along with a 50 Best judge, a restaurant critic and two British restaurants that did make the grade, to find out why there was such a poor British showing.
